The amount of caffeine that may cause observable adverse effects varies from person to person. For some people one mug chocolate interferes with their sleep. Others will need to take three or more mugs of chocolate to experience this effect.Remember that chocolate also has caffeine.
There are many people who due to health concerns who have chosen drinks that have had caffeine removed. The term-“decaffeinated” is regularly used to refer to drinks with caffeine removed.
When you take a cup of coffee it will take 30-60 minutes for the maximum levels to be achieved in the blood. It will stay in the body for several hours as it is broken down rather slowly. The effects of caffeine diminish relatively quickly but small amounts will remain in the body for quite a while unless you take another cup of the same drink.It can cause another caffeine burst.
Some people think that because caffeine increases alertness, a cup of coffee can sober a person who is drunk. Do not be deceived because caffeine will not lower the effects of alcohol but it will keep a drunken person awake.
