To lose half a pound per week will require that you eat fewer carbohydrates and do some exercise so that you lose 500 calories per day. For example if you drank 2 cups of Tim Horton’s coffee or hot chocolate with cream and one sugar serving this will amount to 283 x2 calories. If you give up one cup of these beverages and drank water instead you will have saved 283 calories. You can lose the remaining 217 calories by performing some physical activity such as walking, swimming or running. You can also consider reducing on bread intake.

There are diets out there that promise you easy weight loss. You will be made to believe that such diets can enable you to lose 24 pounds within one to 2 months. You may probably lose weight using such diets in the apparently easy and more dangerous way but there will be another price to pay. In addition to paying for the diet you will also have to contend with the fact that you will probably regain all the weight you lost and probably add more.

I have not come across an easy fat loss plan that does not require an individual to make personal sacrifices to include exercise in their lifestyle that promotes fitness and good health as well as healthy dietary selections.
